Alaka is a graphic designer with a background in
apparel and textile design, currently based between Baltimore and New York.
She recently earned her MFA in Graphic Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art. Her work focuses on branding, visual storytelling, and illustration, often balancing research and intuition, structure and play.
When not designing, you can find her thinking about food, reading, or noticing the unnoticed.
